Well, I think a sausage print umbrella is stylish, but I do realise that this may well be a minority view. But I don’t think there would be any dissension over the Crumpet Biker Jacket that I am also wearing here. I think it is the perfect summer-autumn transitional piece, for when the days aren’t nippy enough for a coat, but need something more than a T shirt.
I took it to the Ukraine two weeks ago (I’m wearing it in these photos) and it was the perfect travelling piece too.
And yes, I am wearing my Gap Sexy Boyfriend jeans again (the ones I wore for my AW13 denim story in Red). That’s because I live in them. I’ve paired them here with a simple Gap navy V neck T shirt, and Lucy Choi snakeskin stiletto heels.
Oh and the umbrella is sold by Dogs Trust, to raise vital funds. I think it would make a perfect Christmas present for a dog lover. I bought this one for my sister. (There are also Golden Retrievers, West Highland Terriers, Poodles, Labradors and Jack Russell prints available.)
Umbrella: Dachshund Print from the Dogs Trust £19.99.
Jeans: Sexy Boyfriend by Gap.
Shoes: Lucy Choi London (gifted). They are last season I am afraid, but check out these amazing leopard AW ones.
Jacket: Cashmere Biker Jacket Light Grey Marl (on loan) £270
T Shirt: Gap Essential Short Sleeve Navy T £9.99
Thank you to Emily for taking the photo and ensuring that I didn’t break my neck.
