Art: Alice Tait’s Map of London

The illustrator Alice Tait  has much to recommend her: her beautiful drawings AND the fact that her  life is ruled by a miniature dachshund, Roger.

Last week she sent me a lovely parcel in the post containing this wonderful map of London, which comes as a print, and as a tea towel, along with complementary stickers, badges and a key ring.

They’d make wonderful presents, don’t you think?

Alice’s work is in high demand: her recent commissions include the after party invite to Chanel’s ‘Little Black Jacket’ exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery, a series of illustrations for Vogue’s May issue, and book covers for Random House in New York and London.

Available Here at Alice’s shop at Not on the High Street, where each print is hand signed by Alice herself, and if you wish you can request for your prints to be personalised with handwritten names, for example, ‘For Katie’ or ‘From Mum and Dad’ and at www.alicetait.com

I am such a fan of Alice’s illustrations, and just love this London illustration. In fact, I have bought several of her tea towels as souvenirs for London-loving friends abroad, so it’s really about time I get the print for myself!

Thanks for sharing LLG!
