Benefit Rich is Back

The exterior of Matthew Williamson’s The Rich is Back set for Benefit is kind of like the visual love child of Barbara Hulanicki and Donna Summer, but the colours inside are thankfully in tune with the everyday tastes of the 21st century. Surprisingly so: having been to any number of Mr Williamson’s London Fashion Week shows, I was expecting a lot more COLOUR

With carefully chosen, deeply pigmented colours, the eyeshadows can give you both day and evening looks, and there’s a handy how to booklet inside, in case you need guidance. I’m also a big fan of mini mascaras, for popping in an evening bag, and Benefit’s They’re Real Mascara is one of the best around for a fake eyelash effect.

Like the look of it, but dunno about the teal colour. Wonder who that would look good on? Seems like good value though. Never tried Benefit mascara as I am a Lancome woman, or if impoverished, then Maybelline.

Oooo…this palette looks gorgeous!
