I have arrived in New York, and am safely tucked up in this dream of a bed at The Surrey Hotel on 76th, between 5th & Madison. The Upper East Side is not my usual stamping ground, but I am loving it here.
However, I am so tired — it is 2327hrs, half past four in the morning in the UK, and I can barely function, so please excuse the brevity of this post.…
