Urban Decay Urban Defense

This, well this is the stuff that stopped my skin falling off in California last month. I was hiking first thing pretty much every day, and wanted a base with a sunblock that would moisturise, stop me looking completely scarlet all the time, and give me good protection from the sun. (I also added a stick sunblock on my nose, cheekbones & temples when hiking in the middle of the day.)

I also used it on non hiking days when I was just pottering about out on my own, and wanted to even out my skin without adding a layer of hardcore pore blocking sunblock too.

I used the second shade (out of four available) ‘Bodyguard’, and found it matched my ‘pale skin with a layer of St Tropez’ tone pretty well.

Annoyingly, I can’t seem to find this online anywhere reliable in the UK at the moment. It should be around £18 – it’s $30 here on the Urban Decay website

It’s available from Debenhams http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_123932101299_-1?breadcrumb=Home%7EBeauty

I was just on looking for their new naked basics palette.
