I am a natural blonde – granted, one that gets a little bit of help in the highlighting department since London decided to arbitrarily not have summers any more, and have eyelashes and eyebrows that are so pale as to be practically non-existent. I do get my brows and lashes dyed occasionally, but I just don’t have time to get it done regularly. So I rely on make up to give my brows definition on a daily basis.
There are two products I’ve found that I really like that give clean definition, without looking too dark or unnatural. The first is gel based: the Shavata Brow Perfector, and the second is a powder, HD Brows Eye & Brow Palette in Foxy, which I got in a Glossybox delivery last year.
I tend to carry the Shavata compact in my out & about everyday make up bag, as I’ve had too many powders shake loose and spill whilst I am on the move. The HD Brows kit is a great all purpose compact for when I am on the road, as you can use the pale powder for highlighting under the brow, and the darkest one as an eyeliner if going for a smokey eye.
(Please excuse the non-pristine nature of the compacts: as I said in my first Daily Beauty post, to start off with, I am talking about the products I use myself and really like.)
