I am looking for a part-time & self-employed Executive Assistant to provide editorial & PA support, as I grow my digital business. This is a paid position & the office is based in central NW1. The ideal candidate would be based in the immediate or surrounding area.

Maybe you are a mother whose children are in school, or someone with part time commitments elsewhere? I need a guaranteed 10hrs a week ostensibly as 2hrs a day, 5 days a wk, but this may be flexible depending on my workload & your situation. i.e. maybe 3 hours one day, & none the next, and often will be remote working, as I travel frequently. This position is not suited to anyone with a long commute.

The position is wide-ranging, requiring a discreet, motivated, meticulous self-starter who is flexible & happy to speak up, contribute ideas, & use their initiative. They will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

The editorial support may include basic photo editing, researching fashion content & fact checking, calling-in for shoots, PowerPoint, scanning, liaising with PRs, Fashion Week admin & regularly updating the EPK.

The PA tasks may cover expenses, errands, diary-keeping, office organization, database input & management, managing general email, making appointments, booking couriers, liaising with clients & booking travel arrangements.

The EA must have a good working knowledge of blogs, Twitter, Facebook & other digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube & Pinterest.

This is not an intern or work experience position, and the candidate must have previous employment experience in a relevant field. Previous (paid) positions in any of these fields wld be particularly attractive: fashion, digital, publishing, PR, marketing, production.

The position will start in the first week of July. (Although this can be flexible for the right candidate.) I am looking for an initial six week trial period, and would hope to make it a long-term position. I am most definitely an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from every one.
