I’m sorting out my recipe archives at the moment. For ease of use, we’ve been grouping them together in recipe types, which led naturally to putting together a few recipe digests to run here. First up are a few salads.

Mushroom, spinach, lentil, feta and quinoa salad:


Peach, mint and buffalo mozzarella salad:


Chickpea, avocado, red onion and halloumi salad:

Love these posts! Being a vegetarian can be boring sometimes (although it’s worth it!), but your recipes always suggest something new and funny. Please keep ’em coming!
