I know there is a school of thought that says that a classic should not be messed with, but that school clearly has not laid eyes upon these splendid boots, an inspired collaboration between Hunter and the RHS. I think the thing I like most about them is that the prints have been taken from the RHS archives, which date back as far as 1750.
I hate to use the dread phrase ‘festival season’, but they would look sweet with sawn off denim shorts and if you are trying to avoid drowning in the mud at Glastonbury, why not have some cheering florals on your life-saving wellies?
Stockist info:www.hunter-boot.com. The boots are £72 and the clogs are £38.
