It’s a well-known fact that my family are obsessed with their dogs, and what better present to give to my mother on Mothering Sunday than a bespoke embossed bookmark from her three furry favourites (in my own handwriting)?

Anya Hindmarch has always loved the idea of personalisation and bespoke: remember the Be-A-Bag mania ten years ago? (Yup, we gave my mother one with her dogs’ photograph.) With an atmospheric dedicated bespoke store  on Pont Street already, this time around Anya’s really gone for broke with a gorgeous bespoke pop-up right in the middle of the ground floor accessories department at Selfridges London, where customers can get literally anything from her beautiful range embossed in print or in handwriting on the premises.

From the slimmest credit card wallet to this impressive box, which is lined in the client’s family photographs,

the only limits are your imagination and your wallet.

The pop-up will be there for another five weeks. It’s worth going along just to take a peek into the mahogany antique ticket booth where Anya’s craftsmen are on site embossing and finishing orders.

Nice!! 🙂

Aah I love this idea. It is so hard to find new a beautiful ways to put a personalised touch on a gift … but it makes the gift so much more thoughtful! I will definitely go visit. Love Selfridges … they always have something new worth seeing!!

Wow, talk about original gift, I stuck to flowers but it did bring a smile to my mum’s face! I do love the idea of personalisation though which leads me to speak of my more exciting purchases, bought my sister (a v.early birthday gift) a bright green satchel (complete with her initials embossed!)

This is fabulous! Sad that I will just miss it but I love Anya.
