This was the affineur room at the local Leclerc supermarket. Makes a change from Gristedes in Manhattan or my local Sainsbury’s in Camden. The local cheese is an AOC, Puligny St Pierre, made about 10km from here and it is delicious.

In fact it has formed the cornerstone of every meal I have eaten here.
