Posetta Baddog for Mulberry AW/Fall10

When I wasn’t gazing at the delicious & delightful frocks on the Mulberry AW/Fall 2010 runway at London Fashion week I saw this:

And immediately realised that what I needed to be seeing was this:

I emailed the lovely Mulberry press office to ask if I could borrow the show sample to shoot it on Posetta and, happily, I got cheering enthusiasm and a definite yes in response. So I popped into the Bond Street showroom to pick up the purple version, got Kiki on board as Chief Tennis Ball Thrower, and persuaded Posetta up onto Primrose Hill on a sunny Sunday morning for a spot of advanced ball throwing & a little light canine modelling.

As you can see, Posetta has absolutely no fur on her tum,

so when it is biting cold outside she needs something to warm her underneath. Previous experience (bitten fingers), tells us that she hates anything scratchy or too restrictive, so this lovely loose, super soft cashmere was just about perfect. In fact she loved it so much she played a very vigorous amount of ball with Kiki & me.
